Minihans is a small intimate food company based in West Clare, with a reputation for delicious food.

"We cook all products from scratch in our own kitchen. The superb produce that surrounds us in West Clare inspires us. Using the finest local meat, fish, poultry and vegetables, we create contemporary dishes influenced by global cooking styles. Where possible we use vegetables and herbs grown in our garden and glasshouse, and support local growers and small artisan producers. Naturally we change our menus to suit the seasons."

We have an obsession with quality and freshness, that stems from a desire to produce the very best product or dish, from the best of ingredients. Minihans is a food concept that doesn't compromise, with a focus on providing inventive yet honest food, be it a Lemon Tart or Chicken Liver Pate.
